No matter how hard the Kingpin struggled, he could not get Erois’ foot off his neck. Erois browses through the paperwork. After a short while, he gives a satisfied node and lets the Kingpin go.
“Alright, everything seems to be in order. I’ll just hold on to this as proof that the Gods don’t need you killed,” Erois says, stuffing the papers in his blazer pocket.
“You may as well do it. I’m ruined. You killed all my employees.” Erois looks over at the bodies he went through to get the Kingpin’s office.
“Yeah, I kind of went a little wild there. But I would still be careful what you wish for. Besides, you’re young, and you can recruit more and get yourself back out there.” Erois says behind a snicker.
